Payment Options

• We accept credit/debit card, cash, HSA, and FSA payments
• If you are unable to pay in full at the time of service, payment plans may be available at the discretion of the provider.

Treatment Pricing

• All appointments utilize one-on-one treatment, and are scheduled for either 1 hour or 30 minutes. Rates for individual treatment sessions vary depending on your plan, so please call us at (470)-588-5519 to enquire about pricing.

Do you accept insurance?

• We are out-of-network in regards to health insurance companies. If you have chiropractic coverage as part of your healthcare benefits, we can provide you with an itemized bill for services that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement through self-claims and we are unable to bill your insurance company directly. As a result, payment is due at the end of each treatment session.

Why are you out-of-network for my insurance company?

• We are a small independent provider service that is not associated with any major network. This arrangement allows us to spend more one-on-one time with each patient while providing high quality personalized care.
